Our 2024 Conference Highlights
The Canadian Association of Ambulatory Care (CAAC) is an organization dedicated to improving ambulatory patient care experiences. The underlying principle of ambulatory care relates to the fact that a significant proportion of inpatient care can be managed safely and appropriately on a same day basis without admission to a hospital bed, which translates to great savings on the healthcare system.
As an association, the CAAC continues to innovate and evaluate itself, making it one of the most successful and influential associations in Canada. We are a collaborative network of multidisciplinary ambulatory care providers who celebrate the high quality of care we provide to our patients, and the performance improvement measures we have implemented to maintain best practices.

A Message From Our CEO
Welcome to the CAAC website. We are a unique association that is committed to changing the way ambulatory healthcare is supported and perceived in Canada. This year we are celebrating our 5th anniversary. We have exciting plans on the horizon which includes our newly revamped strategic plan for the next 5 years. To lead the execution of our strategic plan, we have reorganized and enhanced our executive team; reassigning key VP’s to capitalize on their strengths, and recruiting experienced leaders to focus on technology and business development.
