Denyse Henry is the Founder of the Canadian Association of Ambulatory Care. She has over 20 years experience in healthcare which includes Critical Care Nursing, Patient Advocacy and Adjunct Lecturer appointments. Ms. Henry holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Administration with honors from Ryerson University and a Masters in Health Management from McMaster University. She currently works at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a Patient Care Manager for Ambulatory Care Procedural Areas, PeriAnesthesia , Thromboembolism and Vascular Access. As a leader, she is constantly seeking creative ways to foster a dynamic learning environment to promote high quality patient care and continuous quality improvement. Ms. Henry’s ultimate goal is to become a national policy adviser, using her drive and untiring commitment to bring greater awareness and support for ambulatory care practices in Canada.
